On this mini-episode we discuss the recently convicted Madison Russo, who pled guilty to scamming people out of $37,000 for fake cancer treatments. But! If the rumors around town are true, there's a little more to Madison's story than just a simple scam.  TW: terminal illness, child abuse. Thanks for listening to Bloody Podcast! They became known as the Perth Wheelie Bin Killers. We also decide hell is high school, and have some harsh judgments for people who look to the moon. Thanks for listening to Bloody Podcast! We bring a new theme of stories called Survive & Thrive (name may change). These are women who have survived violent or mysterious acts. This episode we focus on survivor Mary Vincent who at 15 years old was kidnapped and assaulted by Lawrence Singleton (and that's just the beginning!) Trigger warning: this episode discusses sexual assault of minors, amputation and falls from high depths. Thanks for listening to Bloody Podcast! It's a new theme called Misdemeanor Mondays! Mini-episodes for when we are TIRED, HONEY, but still want to chat crime. Lauri shares the (possibly) misrepresented story of Shellyne Rodriguez, and Maria shares the true story of Chloe Stein. Mini-Episodes will help Bloody be able to do proper coverage for the rest of the weeks in a month, plus there are few things funnier in true crime than receiving a misdemeanor, as it CAN mean no one was actually hurt but someone definitely made a fool of themselves. Bloody Podcast has returned! And with us we bring one of the worst mothers in crime history, Theresa Knorr. Lauri goes solo with clips from 60 Minutes Australia and the story of Chloe Aylin's kidnapping.  Is this story too ridiculous to be true? 60 Minutes Australia Episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pyMer8TvMM --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/bloodypodcast/message
Black widow Josephine Grey got away with murdering not just one partner, but three. For years the police pursued Josephine, but she slipped through their fingers every time. Was it her rituals that kept her free, or was it sheer luck? Were her husbands victims of abuse, or was there something even more sinister underlying their devotion? Kash and Lauri weigh in, and have their theories thwarted in return, haha. 2022-10-1501:03:08

To kick off spooky season, we’re talking about Annabelle, the demonic doll that has terrified the lives of multiple owners, and now resides in the Ed and Lorraine Warren Museum of the Occult. Yes that one, the one from all The Conjuring movies. We discuss her Ghost Adventurers appearance, and the ensuing drama from it. Listen after the episode is over for the spookiest audio interference that Lauri claims was not her, just like the real ghost adventurers. Lisa Connelly and Marty Puccio, The Bully Murder Part 2 - We go over the events directly leading up to the crime, the murder, and the eventual downfall of Lisa Connelly, Marty Puccio, Ali Willis, Heather Swallers, Donny Semenec, Derek Dzvirko and Derek Kaufman. Deets: Lauri talks about how deep in the closet Bobby was, we question 90's parenting methods, we DON't talk about how canals work despite how much Maria researched it. Show Notes: Main Source - Bully by Jim Schutze Big Audio Note: Maria did not develop a lisp, she's been trying to learn audio editing and cutting out all the background noise and breathing, this is the best she can do at the moment. Even though this process cut out much of the noise, it also cut out most of her S's and Z's. We're an independent podcast, its a learning process, y'all.
