One of my favorite tools is journaling. I find I am more centered and calmer when I am regularly journaling. If I find I am feeling confuse angry or upset, journaling can get me right back on track. I can be a part of my morning routine or I give myself permission to do it at any time of the day. What a difference a year makes. Last year my podcast focused on how to beat holiday stress. I gave such timeless tips to help lower stress.   As I listened to that 2019 holiday podcast, I realized it just does not capture what is going on this year.
