flow is the balanced act of getting shit done. everyone flows to their own vibrational frequency, so the work ethic of someone you know is not going to resonate with you. this is why traditional jobs tend to be so shitty, your supervisor tends to force their flow onto you which throws you out of balance. find what balances you, what works for you. than flow.download a free guide on how to brand yourself on instagram at bryannadanielleyoga.com/instafreebieget excited for the launch of my new ecoursebrand yourself mindfullylive in complete freedom and abundance through a career online that allows you to own your time and do as you please!
instagram is my favorite social media outlet & the only one i am consistently posting and messaging on. when you are building your own brand you are on your own and don’t have a team to help you manage your social media presence (at least not in the beginning). it is better to go really hard at one platform than to go a bit soft on all of them. my social media of choice is instagram & this episode of the traveling yogi podcast is all about instagram!download a free guide on how to brand yourself on instagram at bryannadanielleyoga.com/instafreebieget excited for the launch of my new ecoursebrand yourself mindfullylive in complete freedom and abundance through a career online that allows you to own your time and do as you please!

the boat ride there was much too long & bumpy; we were caught in a bit of a storm and the waves of the ocean were going over the windows. we finally made it to land and stayed on koh phi phi, truly a party island. we hiked up to the highest point on the island, partied all night on the beaches and boated around to the nearby islands. we even visited maya bay, the famous island from leonardo dicaprio’s movie beach. there was amazing food, amazing people and incredible vibes here. listen to this episode of the traveling yogi podcast to learn all about my time therelive by the moon, sign up for my free newsletter here & download your free live by the moon guide:https://bryannadanielleyoga.com/livebythemoon
we stayed up until midnight, smoking joints on the deck of out floating bungalows in the middle of the lake. billions of stars were shining overhead and reflecting off of the lake that surrounded us. in the middle of the jungle all we could hear were the sounds of the animals that we couldn’t see.in the morning i woke up before the rest of my crew and took a kayak out into the middle of the lake. i smoked a joint and drank a box of chocolate soy milk, it was my twentieth birthday and our last day in khao sok national park.live by the moon, sign up for my free newsletter here & download your free live by the moon guide:https://bryannadanielleyoga.com/livebythemoon
we were on a big boat for two hours before we got to koh phangan. after ditching our backpacks on the top of the covered pickup truck driving us to our hotel, we head into the small town for snacks & to buy outfits for the full moon party. a few girls & i decided to but white tee shirts and paint and made our own outfits together! the trucks took us to bottle beach, a secluded beach in the jungle far from anything else on the island where we spent our days in the ocean, hiking through the jungle. our nights around a bonfire drinking and singing while teddy played us guitar. koh phangan is truly magical, hear about my time there in this episode of the traveling yogi podcast!do you want to live by the moon? subscribe to my free newsletter for guided meditations, self-care guides, yoga classes, and more every full and new moon!bryannadanielleyoga.com/newsletter
i was 19 years old when i got on a plane alone and flew into bangkok. traveling to the other side of the world as a teenager by myself was terrifying and exhilarating. i’ve honestly always thought of bangkok as one of my least favorite cities, but talking about it on the podcast made me long for those crowded dirty streets. the delicious pad thai and cut fruit you can buy in front of your guesthouse on the street. the thousands of stray dogs wandering the street, the old men offering to take you to a ping pong show. the giant malls and beautiful temples. all of the things i never got to explore there. the endless options for cheap shopping.the more i talk to other people about bangkok, the more i realize i haven’t seen enough of it to judge. i was a teenager and spent that time partying on khoasan road, which was fucking awesome and i would do it again. i also saw the giant golden buddha and thailand turned me into a thai buddhist. i can not wait to return to thailand and though in the past i would have said i wasn’t going back to bangkok, i sure as fuck am going back to bangkok someday!wanna work for yourself online, go anywhere and do whatever the fuck you want all the time? try branding yourself mindfully, if you need help check out my course:bryannadanielleyoga.teachable.com
railay is one of the most magical places on this earth. i had the most wonderful expirences while i was there and can not wait to return. this is where i got my first tattoo, took my first muy thai class, went actual rock climbing for the first time and swam in bioluminscent water for the first time. everything about railay thailand is pure magic.
we are all in this together! this episode i talk about how i am dealing with my quarantine, i hope it helps you with yours! if you wanna spend this new extra time learning how to brand yourself mindfully online check our my new course:bryannadanielleyoga.teachable.comif you wanna share some ways you are coping with the end of the world as we know it, please DM me on instagram @bryannadanielleyoga
