Don't Tell Me!" our monthly quiz show takes place live on the Brewhouse Stage at Mountain Lakes Brewing Company in Downtown Spokane, Washington. Join a rotating panel of brewers and brewing related guests from the Inland Northwest Craft Brewers Association, local celebrities, and a live audience as we navigate the latest beer-related news from the mundane to the downright absurd.

Don't Tell Me!" comes another podcast about beer and the people that make beer... but this time RECORDED without a live taproom audience at Mountain Lakes Brewing Co. Join your host, Chris Cindric as he explores the world of beer as we navigate the operating world of Covid-19... from shutdowns to reopenings... to shutdowns and reopenings. This first episode takes a deep dive into the Spokane Lester Cup Brew-Off with interviews and games with brewers and owners of 6 of Spokane's small, craft breweries: Mountain Lakes, Bellwether, Black Label, Whistle Punk, Humble Abode & The Grain Shed. This month we celebrate Women in Brewing with Special Guest, Millwood Brewing Owner, Shelley Eslick-Watkins. We also welcome TT's Old Iron Brewing Pink Boots Member and Head Brewer, Rachel Nalley as well as Humble Abode Brewing Owner, Courtney Gilbreath! We talk about what it means to be a woman in a male-dominated industry, that ironically was originally dominated by women, and we crack wise about all this month's beer happenings from the mundane to the downright absurd!

Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park, the only non-profit snow sports recreation park in the Inland Northwest. We talk to Brad about his start, how he ended up at Mt. Spokane, and why he has such a passion for providing Spokane and the surrounding region with the best ski and snowboard experience available, where every dollar is reinvested in the experience for the real owners of the park: the public! Craig shares with us a little bit about how he started out in farming and agriculture, spent years as a high school teacher and running coach, and somehow ended up one of the leading craft brewers in the Inland Northwest. As usual we have our host Chris Cindric, announcer Dave Basaraba, and this week's panelists are Tim Hilton (Mountain Lakes Brewing), Matt Hanson (Whistle Punk Brewing), and Dave Musser (Bellwether Brewing). We get down to the nitty gritty about a little of everything... from the origins of a Wee Heavy and the difference between a Scotch Ale and a Scottish Ale, and we discover the true meaning of "being adrift without a head" on a sloop with no bathroom. Wendy shares with us a little about how she has been so successful as a college basketball coach, and how she managed to stick around so long in Cheney! As usual we have our host Chris Cindric, announcer Dave Basaraba, and this week's panelists are Tim Hilton (Mountain Lakes) and Prince (Black Label Brewing). We get down to the nitty gritty about the birth of brewing, beer with vegetables, and pouring the perfect pint... and of course we pass the porrone and have a few laughs while we do it!
