This bonus post is an abridged version of a powerful, 20 minute healing meditation called "The Golden Ball of Healing Light." This meditation was specially created to be used in a Reiki Healing circle I'm participating in. I first became aware of my anxiety and panic attacks when I was 12. As an adult, I began trying different ways to manage and navigate these intense feelings. Most things I tried didn't work, and so I wanted to share with you what DID work. These tips come from my own personal experience, and are based on years of trial and error.
