In this week's episode, I talk to retired Army Chief Warrant Office, Thomas Shipp about his mission to share his journey and how he is navigating PTSD. RESILIENCE. In this episode, I had the opportunity to sit down with Niki Glen and Christina Wiese of Africa Ignite. Africa Ignite helps marginalized rural communities (focusing on women, youth and children) to earn a decent living, develop sustainable enterprises, learn usable skills, tell their stories, protect their health and environment, and improve the quality of their education and ultimately improve the quality of life. She is on a mission to shift capital to improve the material conditions of Black people.
