Our focus on and addiction to speed and instant gratification is creating so many issues in our lives, bodies, minds, and relationships right now.In our lives we see slowing down as a weakness. What if, however, slowing down allows for greater focus? Remember, you can be highly productive but less effective at the same time. Gandhi said, 'There is more to life than increasing its speed. Slowing down now will benefit you more in the long term. Text Jay Shetty 310-997-4177

I am absolutely fascinated by exploring the insights of love and relationships. Understanding the depths of a connection is the key to whether two people are right or wrong for each other. All things that matter to our lives, they take time. There's effort, there's mistakes, there's learning, and there's growing - no shortcuts. Making big decisions based on a small amount of information isn't productive. You think you know their heart, but you just know their mind. I'm learning a lot and I am truly grateful you take out your time to keep doing this. I don't listen to them online because I can't afford the cost but I download them when I get the chance. Thank you for sharing such positive energy, may you never grow weary or tired and may your wisdom continue to increase. I hope to meet you someday

Thank you for this valuable inspiration. I have been procrastinating about starting my passion business and interestingly just the other day I did something about that! My main reason for procrastinating is that it's difficult to make a brand identity. So I am taking a business and branding course and diving into it.

Jim is amazing. this is exactly my story. i am 28 years old going back to school for electrical engineering my real passion and struggling hard. all through grade school i suffered many similar problems. including depression which really helped drive in the "brain problem" idea for me. most of these issues have subsided by now but with school being so tough ive been having some of the same old thoughts. but anyway before i go on a rant. Thank you so much for this. hope others found it usefulas well. hopefully someone reads this. I never know. its gotta be hard to keep up with all the comments.

I listen to every episode audibly, so have no idea who anyone looks like or what they are famous for. As in, have no idea who Zach is, however I feel like he has the same thoughts as I do, he articulates it so simply and passionately, it is infectious. I feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of this revolutionary community. Through this, I think I am getting closer to finding my purpose every day. Thank you Jay for the extraordinary and remarkable work that you do. The ripple effect is changing the world. 🙏🙏🙏
