Best Day Yet Podcast guides kids on affirmation adventures, while learning meditation strategies, growth mindset skills, and positive self-talk tools. We make it fun for kids by meeting animals all around the world, but the skills we teach will help kids boost confidence, achieve their goals, and get through challenging times. Best Day Yet is proud to be a member of Kids Listen, a grassroots organization of advocates for high-quality audio content for children.

This song was inspired by the ancient practice of loving kindness or metta meditation. we're loving this podcast! we lay on the floor head to head and holding hands. then, off we go to meet the whale or some elephants. they do deep breathing without fighting us about it. it's nice meditation minutes for us adults too!
