The coaching industry is poised for growth and you are making an amazing decision to become a part of this explosive growth industry!  The bureau of labor and statistics rates one of the fastest growing industries as individual and family services with life coaching falling into this category. As of 2012 one study found there were 47, 200 coaches in North America with an annual revenue of $2 billion industry-wide. (www.marketplace.org, 2016) The estimated revenue from coaching for North America rose 36% from the 2015 estimate to reach USD 1.296 billion in 2020. (https://bit.ly/3AZsAIp) I recently read a couple of articles by other "Life Coaching experts" who made claims that "the coaching industry is saturated making it difficult for a new or aspiring coach to break through the crowd". I am in complete disagreement with this comment and mindset for all of the reasons I share below:  The coaching industry, as of 2016, is a $2B industry. It isn't going anywhere! If the industry is full, then why did God call you to be a part of it? Challenge question: Are you using this as an excuse to not fully pursue or lean into the thing God said for you to do in the time He said for you to do it? What did God tell you to do specifically? Who are you called to serve and when? Check out what Isaiah 43:19 says... "shall ye not know it?" Go out into your town this week and see how many repeat businesses (exact same industry) you see on the same block (i.e. coffee shops, pizza places, burger joints, discount stores, etc.). Do you get my point? What does the fact that the market/industry being saturated have to do with you? To obey is better than to sacrifice! 1 Samuel 15:22.
