I created this episode in conjunction with the way I feel about where we are today in America.

Welcome ladies and gentlemen this episode I named Changing The Format because that's just what I'm doing beginning this show. One of the things I love about being an online entrepreneur is that I get to call the shots as to how and what content I want to create. Keep in mind that I'm sharing information with people who either follow my show or those who just found my show and are hearing me for the first time.
The reason I titled this episode "People You See Online" is as you're scanning Facebook, Linked In, or any other site you'll see people of all types sharing their content. As you're viewing it you're making mental notes as to whether its good stuff or not so good. That's OK... They at least have something out there. Which means they're winning because the way this game works is they'll get better over time. That's all you need to do to get in the game is begin putting out your content and you'll get better over time. Trust The Process.

The internet and technology offers a lot of avenues to generate an income today. Adding new skills to who you are and what you do increases your value in the marketplace. Making a decision to learn a new skill also requires that you understand you also have to create time to gain that knowledge and as you're gaining it you also have to practice it. When you practice a new skill that takes it from theory to understand the actual application.

We are all mentors, I love that title because if you think about it someone is always watching you or you're watching someone else. And as you're watching you're forming opinions as to whether they're someone that could teach you more or whether they're not the person to follow. Often times what will happen is you will catch someone watching intently or they may just come up and ask you a question. Either way always help if you can especially if it doesn't cost you anything.
Consistency is one of my favorite words because without it you can't get better at anything. In order to go from amateur to professional consistency must be a way of life for you. One of the beautiful things about the life that we live is that sometimes were able to identify our passion and actually live within it. When we do that we become professionals at what we do.
