When best friends Angel and Michelle announced they were going to go into business together to start flipping houses, you can imagine all the negativity that was thrown their way. Carmen and her husband move to San Antonio, TX from Mexico in August of 2021. They knew they wanted to flip houses. Being business owners previously, they understood the value of hiring a coach to teach them so they could avoid the costly mistakes most people make when they try to figure this all out on their own. In September, they joined our program and by November they were under contract on their first flip. They used none of their own money.
