We all know that there are red flags to watch for when signing clients, but sometimes we miss those red flags until after we start working with them because we're blinded by landing a new client. In today's episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I'm breaking down what red flags you should be looking for before actually taking on a client. I have seen this so many times with the people in my membership. They take on a client that quickly became very problematic. They weren’t able to get the results that they wanted and they ended up very unhappy. When we looked back at the beginning, there were usually red flags right from the start that they didn’t recognize at the time. So in this episode, I’m sharing 9 red flags that you can look for before you take on a client. Trust me, it is so much easier to say no to a client than trying to deal or fire them after you take them on. If you're ready to find the warning signs of a red flag-type client, then make sure to tune in! Wondering how you can up-level your services this year? In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I’m playing the role of a fortune teller and sharing my predictions for the most sought-after services in 2023. Given that I’m not actually a fortune teller, these are just my predictions based on the things that people are asking me for when it comes to service providers, what the people in my mastermind are doing, and my observations about what’s going on in the market. This doesn’t mean that these are the only services that are going to be popular or that you should only jump on one of these. There are still tons of services that you can offer like OBMS or COOs, etc. Those will still be there. These are just the top ten that I’m seeing based on the way the market is moving. If you’re offering any of these services, you’re going to be in high demand. And the best part about them is that they are premium services which means you can offer them at premium prices. They will give your business and income a serious level-up and you’ll be highly sought after. Tune in to learn more about what these services are and why I anticipate that they will be so popular in 2023.
