This episode originally aired on December 1, 2020. It was one of my most popular episodes on money and motherhood. Denise Duffield-Thomas (aka Denise DT) is a money mentor for the new wave of online entrepreneurs who want to make money and change the world.  She helps women charge premium prices, release the fear of money and create First Class lives. Her Money Bootcamp has helped over 6,000 students from all around the world reprogram their money mindset and live an abundant life. She is the author of 3 bestselling books all of which give a fresh and funny roadmap to living a life of abundance without burnout. I’ve listened to 2 of them on Audible and so I highly recommend them! This episode originally aired on May 10, 2021. This previously published episode is a favorite for mom and kid wellness. Whitney English is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and a mama of two little ones (ages 6 months and 2 years).  She's the creator of the media platform Whitney E. RD, where she serves up the scoop on food and fitness trends, and co-creator of Plant-Based Juniors, an online destination for all parents looking to get more plants on the plate.  Whitney earned her master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Southern California’s Norris Cancer Center and Keck Medical Center as well as BreatheHealing Life Center. Her experience working in cancer research fueled her curiosity for using food and fitness to promote lasting health and helped shape her Predominantly Plant-Based philosophy.  Whitney also is the co-author of The Plant-Based Baby and Toddler coming out next Tuesday, May 18th! They’re offering some great pre-order bonuses so head over the link below for more info. In this episode, Whitney debunks some of the top myths surrounding plant-based eating using her evidence-based research while sharing strategies on how to get your babies, toddlers and kids to eat a predominantly plant-based diet. She also talks about plant-based nutrition during pregnancy and shared insight into the 3-day water fast she completed (pre-pregnancy and breastfeeding) to help with cell regeneration (aka autophagy) and longevity. Even if you’re an omnivore (or recovering paleo eater) like myself, her tips helped inspire me to find ways to get more veggies into my kids meals and have piqued my interest in the studies behind fasting and longevity. So whether or not you are plant-based curious or wondering how to get your kids to eat more greens, listen in! Many of you might know Todd as the award-winning author of the Alter Ego Effect, the founder of the 90 Day Year, author of the children’s book, My Super Me, or just as the secret weapon behind many of the professional and Olympic athletes out there.  He's dedicated the past 23 years to creating systems, programs, and coaching the world's elite athletes, leaders, and public figures and has been featured on the Today Show, Sky Business, CBS Sports, NFL Films, and the NY Times. Todd is extremely good at helping ambitious people calm their minds and master their inner voice. But most importantly, he's a husband to Valerie, and dad to 3 little kids - Molly, Sophie, and Charlie, and today I’m really excited to share this episode because I get to bring out the parent and dad side of him. Normally we hear about Todd the mindset coach or the systems guy, but today we’re going to talk about Parenting and how he parents to build “tough” (meaning independent and resilient) kids The 4 questions he asks his kids daily How we can reframe our mindset on how we communicate with our kids about outcomes to build more emotionally and mentally centered individuals How we as a moms can differentiate our identities in order to thrive in our different roles whether that be as a mom, a wife, a CEO, etc…   I literally could listen to this episode over and over and keep pulling out new “ah ha” moments so I hope that you learn something new too!
