Chef Stew is the president of this non-profit that helps people in impoverished neighborhoods to learn kitchen and restaurant skills that will help them get jobs in the restaurant industry.We talk about how The Transition Kitchen is popping up in cities all over the U.S and world, and how people can help contribute to this cause.
