I absolutely love this podcast as a whole but the amount of times the guest said 'you know' was irritating and completely distracting, I could hardly pay attention to the content

I am loving this. I have never heard codependency described in the way you do here. I have never thought I was but what you talk about is me to a tea! I did not realize that me giving my time to my friends and family the way I do is not necessarily healthy. For the first time I am looking at the way i give my time from a different perspective. Thank you for having this conversation!

I hear you about anxiety being a necessary feeling. However, extreme anxiety to the point of paranoia is too much and people like myself need medication to manage it or life becomes unbearable. Also, for people with extreme anxiety like myself, marijuana makes me extremely paranoid and 20x more anxious. Just a little tidbit for you to consider. Psychology is not black and white.
