Sanity over Vanity

People have asked me why I choose to tell my truth of my life story. I answered on Facebook live. I’ve been sharing live videos for a while now on both, my Social Yoga page and my public profile.

This is your friendly reality check, wake up call, the negative impact your labels and judgement has on other people. The negative impact labels have had on my life personally.

Someone asked, “How do you really feel when you lose a loved one?” I answered. I lost both of my brothers, Ricardo and Isaac, when I was 25 and 26-years-old to suicide within a year from each other. I was a Mother to a toddler and Wife to an Entrepreneur. Here’s a vulnerable share of my life story to help others who may be going through hard, dark moments. You’re not alone. I can relate.
