“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).” (‭‭Matthew‬ ‭1:23)‬ ‭Immanuel, God with us, that is what makes Christmas so special, the fact that God came down and became both fully God and man. This week we will study ‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-37. In ‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-37, we see that Jesus was still talking to the Jews in the treasury of the temple. But, unlike the last passage we covered, Jesus was talking to the Jews who believed in Him, instead of engaging with the unbelievers.
