The moment we turn to God in repentance and believe the Bible says we are justified. That means that though we have sinned we are declared not guilty. We exchange our sins for Christ’s righteousness.We can think of it as “just-as-if-i’d-never sinned”. There are many times in our life that we are going to have to encourage ourselves. We are going to have to just pat ourselves on the back.
