Currently, Dave's largest development is the $1 billion Crossroads Hollywood project, which will add more than 950 apartments, 300 hotel rooms, and 190,000 square feet of commercial space to Sunset Boulevard. While majorly successful, the 2008 financial crisis turned Dave to bankruptcy; however, he was able to quickly pay back creditors, and now plans to build thousands of homes in the next several years in addition to the Crossroads project.
