Hi guys. I've just stumbled on your podcast and totally enjoyed it. You gave me a💡moment when you were discussing about not beating yourself up when the scales don't give you the results you want. I do this constantly, and go home and have a 🍷binge 🤦‍♀️ So this I will work on. James the secret to a perfect poached egg is white vinegar enough to cover the bottom of a small pan and not too much hot water, then you can crack the egg directly into the swirl or tip it out of a cup 😁

Totally have to agree Tracy Chapman is awesome, loving my morning wake up to the boys pod cast it's the most amazing day of the week, my actifry is the best and even better it was free, lol my daughter brought it me for crimbo, keep these coming guys it's really amazing
