On December 11, 2019, Josef's journey into podcasting took flight.  There were no expectations aside from the desire to coach people locally, and, slowly, around the world to be more mindfully resilient.  To impact at least one life.  Each episode was created with the vision to provide guidance to lead a healthier lifestyle, to be physically fitter, to have a stronger mindset, as well as an unbreakable belief in one's self. In the Season 1 Finale of The Mindfully Resilient Podcast, Josef shares his experience as a new podcaster and the lessons he has learned.  He also shares a highlight reel of some of the conversations with the awesome guests who joined him this season. One of the hardest things you can do is to demonstrate courage, not the bravery kind of courage, but speaking from the heart courage.  Being wholehearted is a skill that requires practice.  In this episode, Josef is honoured to have his coach, mentor, and friend, Stephanie Weichert join him on the show.  As part of the writing process for her book "Everything I Would Have Said", Stephanie coached Josef through some tough times and encouraged a wholehearted mindset.  In Part 1, Stephanie shares her story into becoming a life coach and desire to be a positive influence in the lives of others.  She also recounts a fun little story of how she and SGT Ken met. --- ▼ About Stephanie Weichert ▼ Stephanie Weichert, MBA, ACC, is a certified Personal Coach, published author and speaker and business consultant. In the chaotic storm that was the COVID-19 Pandemic, many have found an opportunity for growth.  Some have sought growth in their fitness and health, their discipline with new habits, their relationships, or picking new skills in the kitchen.  With finances being tight or an apprehension from ordering take-out, families have decided to do a lot more baking and cooking at home.  Josef's guest in Episode 21, Chef Julian Pancer, shares his passion for the culinary arts and how you can call up that inner chef.  What's important is that you be forgiving to yourself and enjoy the experience regardless of how the end result looks on your plate. --- > Connect with Chef Julian  Pancer < --> Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter: @thechefupstairs --> Visit thechefupstairs.com for more information on in-person and virtual cooking classes. --- > Connect < --> Visit www.coachjosef.com. --> Send Josef a DM on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter to @coachpapajosef. > Enjoying the Show? < --> If The Mindfully Resilient Podcast is part of your regular listening playlist, please submit a star-rating and a great, yet honest, review on iTunes/Apple Podcasts.  > Spread the Word < --> Don't forget to SHARE the show with your friends on social media using the hashtag #mindfullyresilient. > YouTube < --> SUBSCRIBE to The Mindfully Resilient Coaching YouTube channel is now live with home workouts, exercise ideas, and inspiring conversations.

In the coaching world, there's an unspoken relationship between coaches.  A relationship that can be considered as strong as family.  Well, in this episode of The Mindfully Resilient Podcast, Josef sits down, not only with a fellow coach, but his inspiring Aunt, Mary Patry, Founder and IT Executive Advisor of ITeffectivity. Mary has been an influential leader in the IT (Information Technology) Industry as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) and now, as an Executive Coach, focusing on her passion to help others triumph, personally and professionally.  Her empathy, care, and innate ability to listen set her apart in an increasingly crowded field.   Listen in and you'll feel that caring mindset, as Mary shares her journey of growth in her career with Josef, starting as one of the few women in the IT Industry back in the day, as well as discuss the COVID-19 Virus Crisis and what leaders can do to keep team morale up and the company thriving during a pandemic. --- For more about Mary Patry and ITeffectivity, visit www.iteffectivity.com. --- What did you think of this episode or the podcast?  Send Josef a DM on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter to @coachpapajosef.  Also, if you're interested in having Josef as your personal mindset coach or online personal trainer, don't hesitate to reach out. In the final part of our 3-part series, Self-Isolation Requires a Self-Check-In, Josef and the "Consortium of Coaches" discuss how they've responded to the life changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges they've had to face.  They all had to dig deep into their resilience tanks and prepare for the giant virus crisis wave that started to swell. On March 29th, 2020, Josef sat down with fellow coaches Blake Miles, Candice Axford, and Patrick Savoury, and focused their first conversation on ensuring that resilience tanks are kept full while the world is maintaining self-isolation.  It’s been over 2 weeks since the COVID-19 was declared a pandemic.  Some may have gone into autopilot, while others are frantically trying to figure out what to do next to stay financial afloat or to maintain their sanity.  Self-isolation requires a little self-check in.   --- • Follow Candice Axford on Instagram @sparkplugwellness and check out her podcast Positive Sparkplug on Anchor.fm and other major platforms. • Follow Patrick Savoury on Instagram: @poybfit • Follow Blake Miles on Facebook: @N2LTransformations --- Following Josef on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter @coachpapajosef.  Also, if you're interested in having Josef as your personal mindset coach or online personal trainer, don't hesitate to reach out. In Part 2 of our 3-part series, Self-Isolation Requires a Self-Check-In, Josef and the "Consortium of Coaches" discuss the impact COVID-19 has had on the fitness industry, the surge of free online fitness instruction, and the increased desire to workout. • Follow Patrick Savoury on Instagram: @poybfit • Follow Blake Miles on Facebook: @N2LTransformations --- What did you think of this episode or the podcast?  Send Josef a DM on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter to @coachpapajosef.  Also, if you're interested in having Josef as your personal mindset coach, don't hesitate to reach out.
