Currently he is touring and performing his art as a magician in Branson, Missouri as well as working with the Topeka Performing Arts to help coordinate top acts and live entertainment to perform in our city. Topeka native, Eddie Wakes performed at the Jayhawk Theatre and host, Alexander Lancaster catches up to him in the greenroom after his homecoming gig. Eddie grew up in Topeka, going to School at Highland Park and known for him and his brothers singing in the hallways between classes. Eddie is now gigging all around the country and won a Oscar Award for his contributions to the music for La La Land.
