I had a old colleague ask me to talk about the subject and when I asked who would be comfortable talking about it, I was shocked by how many people reached out. The number of people were so crazy I had to make this a 2 part episode. This is part 1 and I had my friends Lex M, Lex D, and my cousin nelibazzle of @nofilterxneli join me to discuss depression and how it affected them, and different ways on how they were able to overcome it. What's good real family this week I have a special guest who is a business women, and above all else an amazing mother @charlie_baltimore. I definitely needed to show the ladies some love and charlie_baltimore came and showed out! This young black queen taught me a lot of what mother's go through and give gems on how to bounce back after a women conceives. This week was a learning lesson and she taught me about the women's womb, the benefits of yoni care, the benefits of therapy, and how her children literally pushes her to be the best version of herself. This queen currently runs 3 businesses while being a full time mother. It was a honor and blessing to have her on. Please follow and support her businesses you can find them on Instagram.
