Ever wonder how you can be a more inspiring and engaging leader? My podcast goes over what I do to influence and impact over 200 employees who work for me. My hope is that we can get a good discussion around what good leadership looks like and how we can be better mentors for those who work for us. This podcast is also an outlet for me to share some personal stories and maybe some ranting if needed. I will bring on some guests from various fields who are also amazing leaders and they can share their perspective on how they like to engage their employees.

Leadership Session 1: Introduction and Be Yourself

In this episode, I go over who I am as a leader and individual. I wanted to take a quick moment to introduce myself, who I am, and what experience I have as a manager/leader in the corporate field. I then go into our first leadership session, which is be yourself. It is very important that people do not change their personality and expectations when they are promoted to a bigger role and I go over some examples where it has backfired on me.
