The Evolving Healer

How are you inviting stillness into your heart today? In a go go world, in the hustle of reaching societal standards, can you choose stillness. It is in our stillness and the quiet of our being that we get to remember all that is us. Be still and know. Know that all that we have is enough. We are not lacking. We know our own strength. Know the voice of the Divine.Life will pull us in a million different directions but can we truly slow down to tune in and listen? Can we allow it teach us?

What does it mean to be human? To Err and be loved in all the aspects that are you. It means you get to make mistakes. It means getting to have good intentions that don’t always turn out the way you hope. It means having the opportunity to create healing.

Choices! We all have them and we get to choose them. We can choose joy as much as we choose anger. We can choose the job we don’t like just as much as we can choose one we love. Tune in as I explain how I went from feeling I had to be where I was to opening up to the realization that I chose to be here!

Nails and Dreams. There are some who will step into your life and take, take, take and there are others who will reciprocate and even more who will give while unable to receive. This past week my little had first hand experience of this very thing. It brought to surface all the ways we diminish our dreams. All the ways we settle into the being and not being able to live out our dreams. The ways we give our dreams and gifts away for free because we feel unworthy. Today’s episode asks you to tap in and reconnect with that little you who knew all your dreams are possible. Then, to step forward and operate from that space! Let us lift each other up in our evolution!

Owning your actions is about taking radical responsibility for the choices that you make. It is allowing healing by allowing an open space in container to be honest and truthful with yourself.While our actions may be well intended, it doesn’t mean that they can’t create disruptions, blowups, or even hurt to someone else. And if we want to allow ourselves the space to be fully seen, witnessed, Felt. Then, we need to be able to be radically honest so people know where to meet us. We dive into the literal and deeper meaning of my name as we see how it foretold some of my journey and work in this lifetime. You'll get little snippets and insights to my work in the world!

Welcome to this podcast! It is my pleasure to introduce myself and share the intention of this podcast as we move forward on this journey together. While born into a family of creative and imaginative storytellers, it has taken me a while to find my voice. I am no longer holding down the blinds to my calling and am willingly choosing to step forth as a healer. It is my hope to share not only my story with you, but to bring the sweet souls who have come alongside me to share there story and healing work as we hold space for one another for our deepest healing.

I am here. After a long pause and much hiding, I am here, fully present. Recognizing that this time in our society with the unknown and uncertainty, it is important to choose how we show up, more than ever. That we may not cower one dear but rise up as a community. This is an invitation to join me on the path of healing, of showing up and embodying who we are. I hope you’ll join me!
