My guest today is none other than Craig Goldberg, the co-founder of inHarmony,  which makes products that use a patented system of tech-assisted sound and vibration therapies to quickly and comfortably put users into a deeply relaxed state. Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a recently recognized technology that uses sound in the audible range to produce mechanical vibrations that are applied directly to the body. The technology uses speakers or transducers placed within mats, mattresses, chairs, recliners, tables, or soft furniture to provide a physiologic and auditory experience. Benefits include pain management, anxiety relief, symptom reduction, physical therapy, and health improvement.I got a chance to test Craig's tech in Vegas recently, and I was blown away at how quickly you could relax and meditate using his VAT bed and cushion. Using VAT coupled with binaural beats is a powerful tech to hack meditation and reset your nervous system. As a novice meditator, I know it's helpful for me to use tech like this to help me enter that meditative state. Also, it cuts the amount of time you need to sit in silence, which is also a huge plus for someone like me.Go to https://iaminharmony.com/ and use the code JOELEVAN in the checkout if you're interested in getting any of inHarmony's tech.
I have a special guest who I watched over the last two years go through hell, as she recovered from the Moderna product. Brittany Galvin, was a hardworking mom and breadwinner for her home and had worked her way to the VP of sales in her career after 17 years. She was forced to get one of the new experimental products in her body in 2021, and although she wasn't necessarily anti-the products, she just felt like she didn't really need it at the time. The problem for her Brit, was she already suffered from numerous auto-immune conditions and was worried that the products might have triggered a negative reaction, which they did. Brit was one of the first to go viral with her videos showing her cell phone sticking to her skin like a magnet post-jab. Her Instagram page has been censored and removed at least three times now after building her following up to 100k. She talks about what it was like to be told her symptoms were not real, ending up in a heroin detox clinic instead of a hospital (because they thought she was a druggy not suffering from post-jab symptoms), and ultimately her road to recovery and thriving. She has become a huge leader in the vaxx-injured space and a beacon of hope for many that have lost their health or careers during this period. Brit has not only made a magnificent recovery and explains how in this episode, but explains how her road to recovery led her to a new job with Nutiva CBD. If you're interested in joining her team, go to her IG which I linked below and learn from one of the best.Brit's IG

Thomas Newman is a highly accomplished sports performance expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of optimizing athlete development and achieving winning results on the field. Newman's expertise and leadership skills were honed during his tenure as Director of Student Performance and Innovation at Yale University, where he oversaw all varsity teams and successfully created the first-ever partnerships with the School of Engineering, Medicine, and Public Health. As a result of these collaborations, a comprehensive custom-built digital player profiling platform was created for all 32 varsity teams, which was instrumental in achieving tremendous on-field success. At the time of this recording, Thomas was working for Hawkins Dynamics, an industry leader using force plate technology to assess human movement and optimize it to the fullest.Force plates are tools used for the measurement of ground reaction forces during walking, jumping, or any other type of movement - they can be thought of as "fancy bathroom scales" as coined by Dr. Jason Lake, world leading biomechanist. Not only are force plates extremely effective in creating winning professional teams (like Thomas has done), but Thomas is also using force plates to help augment the human performance of tactical teams and even law enforcement. We get into this technology and how agencies or users could benefit to not only create winning teams, tease out what takes an athlete from good to great, and how to build a more resilient operator that is less prone to injury and more durable in the long run. We also talk about Thomas' huge health scare, recovering from a brain tumor, how he triumphed, and his foundation, 40 Staples Strong  (https://40staplesstrong.com/) is making a difference from others suffering from this terrible condition.
