Two In Tune

In this episode, Annie and Hannah catch up and just shoot the shit for a more relaxed episode of the podcast. They jump from New York DJ Natasha Diggs to Tame Impala's most recent record to drive-in concerts right here in Toronto. So, come along for a little 30 minute chat session with the Two in Tune girls!

Annie and Hannah are finally back with episode 3 of the podcast. Since episode 2 was released the Covid-19 pandemic has spread across the world. Being in quarantine meant we didn’t have a good way to record so we had to put the podcast on hold. More recently, at the end of May the murder* of George Floyd at the hands of police in Minneapolis sparked protests across the world. It has shone a light once again on the ongoing crisis of police brutality, racism and white supremacy in the United States, here in Canada and many other places. In this episode, we touch on these issues and highlight some of our favourite Black artists from the past, present and who are up and coming. *At the beginning of this episode we mention the death of George Floyd. We feel it’s necessary to make the correction here that he was murdered by police. 

Annie and Hannah are back with episode two! This month we are chatting about new music, as usual, a little Sofar Sounds show we went to together and then we tried something a little different for this episode. We each sent the other two songs to check out. The first song had an accompanying video and the second song we chose because we thought the other person wouldn't like it. We had so much fun putting this together for you guys and definitely surprised each other!
