Our special guest today is Azure Moyna.  Azure Moyna is a writer and coach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs, a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience, and is a certified coach in Eating Psychology. Growing-up obese and unhealthy, Ryan changed and committed to a healthy lifestyle when he decided to become an MMA fighter.
