Many of us believe that if we have failed at something, we are now failures. This is simply not true. Failing at something means that you tried and, as long as you continue to try, you will achieve your goal. While in the workplace, and even at home, I try to create an environment where it is okay to have to go back to the drawing board. Let' say it together "Giving up is not an option, but failure happens". Let us celebrate our ability to keep with it, and allow those "failures" to get us closer to our success.
