The privilege of choice allows us to develop superior problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, it nurtures internal belief systems and allows us to master coping mechanisms. The quickest way to get things done...JUST DO IT!! There is no life hack here. You just simply need to be disciplined to get things done.
Utilize this practice to set your intentions for kindness. Prepare your mind and body...Visualize the act of kindness...Follow through with contributing positivity.
Using the 3 A's technique to manage depression and many other uncomfortable feelings and issues is a great strategy for life. It takes work but its worth it!

I will be doing a fund raiser for the Eastern Oklahoma Community Resource Center on February 24th, 2021. I will run 100 miles in the community to raise awareness to the EOCRC, the importance of community connection and personal empowerment.
