Attorney General Merrick Garland came to Louisville to deliver the findings of a 2 year investigation of the Louisville Metro Police Department and Metro Government after the death of Breonna Taylor.In this episode, we take a look at some of the findings and the recommendations spelled out in the Consent Decree.
