Cool show with some live stuff and some recorded stuff from Jay Rector. DJ Kareem was hanging out with us, plus a visit from Luke, Reid and Max of Find Fiona and a couple new songs from them.
Sarah Parker joins us for a good conversation and a bunch of nice songs in the studio. Plus a visit from Como Buz founder, Mike Murphy.
Fun rock 'n roll show with a cool talk and an energetic performance from Columbia based Dusk 'N Dawn. Plus a phone call from Matt Dethrow of the Slick Skillet Serenaders and a few songs from them.
Fun show with a nice live performance from Rayce Kendrick. Plus a visit from Matt and Rob from Order of the One and a couple new songs from them. And Brian J called in from KC and debuted a few new ones for us. Fantastic.
Somber but cool show featuring the music of our close friend, Dave Dearnley, who passed away on July 6, 2025. A bunch of friends and bandmates came by to hang out and share stories and we featured a bunch of Dave's music recorded over the years on Open Mike Radio. Plus a few in the studio from Sarah Parker.
Awesome performance by (DJ) Kareem along with a few songs from Jay Rector. We also celbrated the 20 year anniversary of Holy Frog's My By Self album. Brand new material, never heard before, from both Kareem and Jay!
Amazing performance in the vinyl room from Columbia-Missouri rockers, Highway Demon. Plus a few from Zawata's Dylan McCord. We also had a visit from Adam Wilson, AKA, Pepr and a brief chat with Claire from Kansas City's Nightosphere. Great show.
Live remote from our place in Rocheport celebrating the Hickman Highschool 2025 graduates - including my son, Lucas. Live music from Holy Frog, Zawata, Hardy But Hardly, Bartholomew Bean and Robbie Burt. Just awesome.
Real fun show with some great songs from the multi-talented Olyssa Herico. We had a few live ones in the big room and a whole bunch of recorded material. Also visits and a couple songs from both Dick Johnson and Nathan James Bratten, aka Hardy But Hardly.
Centralia's Off Grid performed in the big room along with a couple songs from Doc Floyd, Zawata and Kind Kurt. Also a visit from the Dicksmen, a local philanthropic group doing good work for Columbia's less fortunate. The wonderful Aina Cook also dropped by for a quick hello.

We turn the show over to Jesse Slade and King Theodore Records to talk about Reel Fest, a new film festival debuting in Columbia on March 1st. We featured an amazing live performance from Degrave and a few songs from Tanner Jones of The Comancheros. Plus a few film producers, Carney J and a search for Sasquatch.
