that's a definitely interesting episode. I would be really interested to know if this "obsession" ever leads these people into burn-out or whether it is so powerful - this internal motivation- that it is somehow "protective" or building resilience and they don't really get burned.

How disappointing that Osi thinks all white people have money . Worse, he came from money. You should have challenged that nonsense. It's really disappointing he made those remarks because in many ways he's an incredibly inspirational and articulate athlete.

Loved this episode. I was lucky enough to participate in 7 marathons in 7 days in 2014 I struggled on Day 1 as it was hot and I got cramp. On Day 3 I decided I couldn't run the remainder but wanted to walk them as I didn't want to let myself down, people who had sponsored me down and my 3 team mates. Unfortunately like Kevin mentioned in his experience one of our team was very selfish and on 2 occcassions left the team for his own goals. This resulted in a bad taste being leftcat what was a great experience having raised money for 7 different charities. Kevin's comments really hit home on how he self reflected and apologised something the person in our team didn't...... Fair play to him a great listen 👍🏻👌🏻
