1 John 3:4-10 is an encouragement for believers to have complete assurance of their saving faith in Jesus Christ. John doesn't want any believer to be deceived into doubting their salvation. This message is a reminder that a Christian produces righteousness and can have assurance of their salvation when righteousness is evident. If someone habitually lives in sin, then it proves they are not of God.

Have you ever been in a situation that you have had to give godly constructive criticism to someone? It can easily be an uncomfortable situation. However, it doesn't have to be! Criticism when godly can help our fellow Christian brothers and sisters grow exponentially. The question, then, is how can we offer this constructive criticism in a godly way without offending someone?
Have you ever experienced criticism? If so, you know it isn't an easy task. Criticism isn't always negative, in fact, God's Word speaks positively about godly constructive criticism or correction. The question becomes, "How should I respond?" This episode lays out a practical way of evaluating criticism and how to respond biblically.
