Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes you on. After  discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again.
It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone.  I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build  off each other.  This podcast is about going from (poor health) to HEALTH and from (unhappy) to HAPPY.   I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it.  My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better.  It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way.  While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding what our niche is and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion,  keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.  Find a place where you enjoy life and focus on the things that are going well,  not the things that aren’t,  When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is,  then you are truly free and can enjoy this thing called life.

The essence of who we are is about where we came from the people that we bonded with becoming the person that we were meant to be today. However those very same people can hold you back rather they realize it or not because they were uncomfortable with our change and development. It's about getting beyond the limitations that people try to set on you and developing and becoming the best version of yourself, becoming who you were meant to be, what you want to be, what you want to become without any limitations. But those very same people that you knew your entire life that were your mentors  that nurtured you the bond that you share with them the familiarity, the humor  that you share is priceless. Age is not a stumbling block is about the contributions we make at any age the wisdom and the knowledge that we get are priceless no matter what age we are there are people behind us people in front of us and we need to teach those behind us.  We need to embrace where we are because of the journey we've taken to get where we are comes with a wealth of knowledge even though it may not be recognized by those behind us because that's part of the knowledge that they will learn overtime but in light of that it also shows us that people who are before us have a wealth of knowledge to give to us either way we need to embrace right where we are in the present moment and regardless of what age you are, you always want to be your best not in terms of gaining youth but in terms of feeling your best and being your best, being present and being open to new opportunities.Support the show
Getting out of your comfort zone is about pushing yourself beyond fear beyond whatever it is that holds you back, whether it be negative thinking or negative people around you. Not letting those who have known us all our life pigeonhole us into the person they think we are or the person they knew years ago, it's about becoming our best self in spite of the resistance we get from ourselves or from others. .Becoming the person who you are meant to be and still maintaining friendships, relationships, loved ones but on your terms and those terms are because you love them, not because you need them or because they've made you feel insecure about your own thoughts your own dreams.Support the show
This episode is about and for children who are bullied. It has some insights what to say to them and to give them encouragement.  Regardless. of what they  are experiencing now, is not what they're going to experience in the future., what they think they see right now more than likely is going to do a flip flop when they are grown up. My intention was to make this directly for children to listen to but  I directed it for parents hoping that it gives a little comfort to their children and  that they know that this is just a point in time and they will survive they will look back and see how insignificant it was and that their future is bright!.Support the show
This episode is about knowing that we can be and do anything we want to do. I know sometimes the first thought is to take the easiest way out or to do things the easy way, when that doesn't work when you really feel that you're not getting to the place where you want to be and you do the work, the hard work and you see the fruits  you see it pay off, .It's such a wonderful feeling to see what you can accomplish. I believe that we all have in us  the ability to do anything that we put our mind to if we are willing to do the work,  but at the same time I believe that some have innate talent that makes it easier for some than others, but even if you don't have that innate talent and you put in the work you can still be good at anything.. Support the show

This episode is about the part we play in how other people act.  It's not so much about why others do the things they do but what we can do about it.  If we all stop and think about how we treat each other and really scrutinize ourselves , could we have done a better job with that person?.  You never know what goes on with people behind closed doors and I believe it all starts with us making the change. Taking control or letting go is about how we try to solve problems ourselves but life doesn't have to be so complicated so difficult. it's about getting in that quiet place and letting the answers come to you and when you make a move you know it's from a spiritual place or a Godly place. Life can be easy and it should be easy we make it so difficult trying to figure things out ourselves when we have all the answers within us we just need to come to that quiet place and let that happen. The stain on the floor is about how there can beauty all around us but we will find the one flaw in the room or in the environment or in this situation, and this translates to the way we think whether or not we have a positive or a negative outcome. I believe we can  do anything we set our minds too but we have to believe that it's going to turn out to be good or be a positive outcome. When we get complacent in our life when we think this is it we have climbed the ladder as high as we're gonna go this is our future this is who we are, this episode lets you know that this is not who you are this is not the end game. By turning over rocks and stones and looking under every leaf to find information on what interests you you will accumulate valuable information on people to contact that are like minded things to do that make you better and better about those things that interest you that are yours alone that touch your heart that make you happy. It's very exciting to see that even when we think we have reached the end in terms of the way our life is supposed to be, that there's a whole new chapter and after we complete that chapter I believe there is another chapter so get excited and get ready for the next best chapter of your life.Support the show

I was watching TV and a lady that was turning 100 years old said I’m gonna tell you the five points to longevity and enjoying your life. While listening to her I thought perhaps she would say something that I didn’t know about but she said the things that we all know, that we need to eat right, sleep well and exercise. Then she added a new twist, and that was being positive and having something in your life that you’re passionate about. .The last thing she mentioned, having a passion became so important to me because it’s something that I realized myself.  It’s not about having a passion involving a relationship because that’s in the form of love but it’s a passion that is yours and only yours tucked away in your heart something that brings you joy that brings light in your life.  I do believe that’s some thing we all need.  But also this episode talks about when you find a passion, there are often times naysayers or people who think they’re coming from a good place, trying to tell you what to do, the truth is nobody knows what’s best for somebody else, if they did their life would be perfect and I don’t know anybody who’s life is perfect.  It’s about just listening to the world chatter around you, but knowing within your heart what’s good and what’s right for you and getting very excited about it, it doesn’t matter what it is or how good you are at it but it’s something that you’re working at that brings you and you alone joy.  Also what she said about being positive is the other. thing that’s very important. I think people have forgotten how to be positive, everybody’s go to seems to  be the negative, they can have five things going really well and something not so good and that’s the very thing they’re going to talk about.  So it’s turning that around and looking at it from a different perspective where you walk in joy, you find your passion.  Also another key is  not to deprive yourself of the little things that make you happy because you think it's not good for you, the truth is if you deprive yourself of those little things that you enjoy,  you bring on a different kind of stress.
