Welcome to the Lost and Found Wellness Podcast. I've always felt that being lost was the problem. Everyone knows their why and their purpose. Everyone else has their shit figured out, but I'm not qualified enough. I'm not smart enough. I'm not fit enough. I'm not strong enough. I'm not worthy. These things made me feel behind and lost. Feeling lost is not the problem. It's a sign towards a new situation. A chance to get creative, to build resilience, and a chance to connect with yourself and the world around you. You are adaptable. Change Transition Curve ImageChange is an event. Transition is the process of coming to terms with that change. In this episode we discuss the change curve originally created by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross in 1969 to illustrate how people deal with news that they have a terminal illness. Nowadays this model is used for any crisis that we as individuals go through.
