Subtract end food and fluid weight from start food and fluid weight. Keep that number. Subtract end body weight from start body weight and add that to the kept number. Hoa went back to UTMB and did the TDS. Before that she ran at Western States, then immediately afterwards had a cool adventure to get to Tour Des Geants and crew Deepak.
