Mr. Santo brings more than 25 years of experience leading lean, high-performance teams in Consumer Credit, Financial Services, Gaming and Technology, Higher Education and Specialty-Pharma. He has held a variety of senior-level positions at The First Marblehead Corporation, Fitch Ratings, International Game Technology, Lantheus Medical Imaging and, most recently, Columbia Care Inc., a leading multi-state operator in the cannabis industry. Mr. Santo holds an Investor Relations Charter® certification from the National Investor Relations Institute as well as a degree in Political Science from Boston University.

Kendra Stocking is a collaborative cannabis sales leader with over 13 years experience in sales in the cannabis, action sports and real estate industries. She is currently with Vice President of Sales at Old Pal, a west coast canna company crafting quality cannabis in California and Nevada.
Tara Wells is the cofounder of Ganja Goddess, a California-based premium online shopping, delivery and lifestyle brand, which recently launched CBD Goddess, a national, one-stop-shop e-commerce site for cannabis and hemp-derived CBD consumer and pet products. Previously, Tara was an executive producer and writer, winning an Emmy for "The Amazing Race" on CBS. Her background in production, business and marketing has made her adept at understanding the cannabis market.
Today we sit down with Lindsey Ramos and Todd Sherman of Midland Scientific, Inc. Jocelyn Sheltraw is the Director of Strategy at Seattle-based cannabis data analytics firm Headset. Jocelyn is the company lead on new market expansion, and is responsible for presenting all opportunities within the market and understanding the various nuances, from licensure and policies to recognizing who the movers and shakers are. She works to educate teams on what Headset does, how to integrate a data and technology solution into their overall strategy and present the findings that we are learning.
Laura Morarity is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Leafly. She leads the marketing, content, and corporate affairs work at Leafly, a cannabis marketplace that helps millions of people each month learn about and buy the cannabis products they want from licensed retailers and brands around North America.
Gia Morón is the President for Women Grow. She began working with Women Grow headquarters in January 2017 as Director of Communications, after transitioning from the Women Grow New York City market in 2016. With 25 years of experience in public relations, in 2012 Gia launched GVM Communications, Inc., a public relations, brand and business development firm. Her client base ranges from small to mid-sized businesses, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs, authors and celebrity clients.  Prior to launching her firm and working with Women Grow, she was a Media Relations Officer in the Corporate Communications department for fifteen years at the Goldman Sachs Group Inc.While at Goldman Sachs, Gia oversaw various business areas from Private Equity, Urban Investment, Investment Research and Technology to the firm’s organizational focus on Corporate Engagement, Diversity, Recruiting, Human Resources and Corporate Services.  Before joining Goldman Sachs, Gia was Director of Promotions and Publicity for six years at The Fremantle Corporation, an international television distribution and production company.  Outside of her professional accomplishments, she continuously works with a number of non-profit organizations in New York City and mentors up-and-coming young women entrepreneurs across the country to South Africa.  Gia currently resides in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY, with her daughter.
Betty is a master of marketing with 20+ years of experience working in TV licensing, digital media and music festivals. Along with being well versed in the subcultures of all aforementioned fields, from the community level to a global scale, Betty also holds the title of CMO for digital platform FEVO. When she’s not traveling for business, she spends quality time with her three children. Betty graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Film and B.S. in Anthropology.
Christian Lizardi began in the cannabis industry in 2018 as a medtender. Within a few short months, he worked my way up to Sales Lead and by year's end, I was the Assistant Manager for one of the busiest dispensary locations in the state of Florida. Christian decided to take a different route as retail was not the intended destination, just a quick stop on this road we call life. He got a role with G Pen handling dispensary and headshop accounts in the state of Florida, which is about 500+ doors.  A year later, he was promoted to the Head of Brand Development for G Pen, his role to this day.  G-Pen partners with brands all over the world to not only provide devices for their medicinal consumption, but to also provide a lifestyle.  G Pen is a culture and surrounding that culture is an array of like-minded and completely opposite-minded people, all coming together for the sake of cannabis.  
Tina Ulman is a UNLV graduate and Las Vegas resident of 10 years. She is currently the Brand Manager for Old Pal, the state’s top selling cannabis flower. Old Pal is a multi-state brand under a licensing partnership with Flower One, the largest cultivator in Nevada. Tina recently formed the Chamber of Cannabis with four of her industry colleagues. She resides as President and has been a prominent voice for cannabis reform in Nevada for the past 2 years. Most recently she served as the Director of Development for Las Vegas NORML where she traveled to Washington DC and Carson City to meet with legislatures in 2019 to voice the concerns of Nevadans. Tina was awarded 2020 Cannabis Activist of the Year for Las Vegas and recognized as one of the most influential women in cannabis by Vegas Cannabis Magazine. Dani Baranowski is a passionate cannabis advocate and multipotentialite focused on changing the stigma surrounding cannabis. She is currently Lead Sales and Operations Specialist at State Flower Cannabis and Valhalla Confections, a vertically integrated cannabis company and multi-state operator. She has had the opportunity to educate consumers all over the world in her roles in the cannabis industry from Canada, to Columbia, to Croatia. Speaking and sharing her cannabis knowledge across several platforms has allowed her to perpetuate her passion for changing the world with holistic healing.

Prior to starting Pantry, Scott spent nearly a decade on Wall Street investing on behalf of institutions and private investors at both Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley. Andrew DeAngelo is a visionary leader with a proven track record of enacting systemic social change and developing best practices in cannabis. During his almost 13-year tenure at Harborside, where he serves as an advisor, Andrew has pioneered legal cannabis business processes and provided groundbreaking political engagement and thought leadership to the cannabis community. Andrew also lends his vast cannabis business and political expertise as a consultant for hire to the global community at large. Andrew is co-founder and Treasurer of the Board for the non-profit Last Prisoner Project (LPP). LPP's mission is to free and re-integrate all cannabis prisoners on earth into mainstream society.
Flip Croft-Cadero is the Principal at Greenlit, an ad agency that is focused in the cannabis and hemp space. He also runs Goodekind, a family-owned CBD social enterprise creating CBG, CBD, and Delta-8 THC products. Tim Schuler is an accomplished and results-driven professional with 22+ years of experience delivering success through industry-leading sales, marketing, pricing, and sponsorship strategies in domestic and international roles. Tim has a broad knowledge of the consumer products industry, with a solid record of achievement growing sales, distribution and market share while at Anheuser-Busch. He has since gone on to help run the Detroit Fudge Company and Cannalicious Labs to bring high quality edibles and concentrates to the newly-legal state of Michigan. 
Scot Crow has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and tax law. His clients rely on him to advise them with respect to their complex financial transactions as well as serving as their outside general counsel. Wanda James is the founder and CEO of Simply Pure Dispensary. Along with her husband Scott Durrah, they became the first African Americans, legally licensed in America, to own a dispensary, a cultivation facility and an edible company. As a leading advocate in the cannabis industry, Wanda’s political and entrepreneurial work on cannabis reform has led to her being named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Cannabis by High Times magazine in 2018, one of the 2016 Cannabis Business Executive (CBE) 50 Most Important Women in the Cannabis Industry, and has been featured in numerous shows including The BBC, Democracy Now,The Atlantic, MIC.com, MSNBC, Smile Jamaica, ViceLand, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, CBS Sunday Morning Holiday Special, “Eat, Drink and be Merry” and CNBC’s Marijuana USA.
Maha has dedicated nearly a decade in working and studying cannabis and plans to continue researching the plant and other botanical drugs. Maha has her M.S. in pharmacological sciences, concentrating on Medical Cannabis Sciences and Therapeutics at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, the nation’s first graduate program dedicated to studying cannabis. Maha is President of The Highspitality Group, an LA based cannabis consumption lounge operations and biz dev firm, bringing together the two worlds of hospitality and cannabis. Maha is also the Founder and CEO of CREA (Cultivating Research, Education, & Advocacy) and Cannaclub, two collegiate organizations focusing on cannabis and drug education, activism, and opportunities for the next generation. Under Maha’s leadership, Cannaclub expanded to 20 universities across the nation with over 5,500 members since starting at her alma mater UCLA, where she also served as a researcher at the UCLA Cannabis Research Initiative.
Emma Collard, aka Emma Greens, is a cannabis content creator on Instagram helping medical marijuana patients navigate the Florida market. Emma is the Community Relations Manager of Florida's largest medical marijuana physicians practice. She started with DocMJ as their first ever intern over 3.5 years ago and has been a key player in the development of both the company and the industry. Over the years she has experienced just about every behind-the-scenes aspect of the industry and has been trained by her physicians, head growers, extractionists, R&D teams, and a variety of other key players to be able to be the best advocate to the community she can be.
