As a native New Yorker A.V. has always loved the art scene of her hometown and that love led her to a 10-year career in the film industry as a set decorator.
After experiencing the sudden death of her father, she channeled all of the crafty lessons he taught her into creating AvDoesWhat.com. The Plan Your Holiday Series ends with a conversation I have been waiting to have with of my favorite people, my mother, Tru Jones. We have become experts at taking on the challenges that come with being apart during the holidays. We wanted to share our experience with discovering new traditions and how they have helped us stay excited about this season.
