Around 4 am on Friday, Eliza Fletcher, a deeply committed runner who earned a spot in the Boston Marathon, went for a run.Authorities claimed that she traveled along her usual route close to the University of Memphis. Around 4:20 in the morning, she was "abducted and forced into a mid-sized, dark-colored SUV" while running near Central Avenue. Sarah Everard, the 33-year-old marketing executive from South London went missing in south London. She was last seen leaving her friend's house at 9 p.m. on March 3. A London Metropolitan police officer was arrested on suspicion of the murder along with his wife. It is always disturbing when a person in power and trust acts is involved with a crime. We are grateful to the police officers who investigated this crime and found and arrested the criminal. Aniah was kidnapped and was missing for more than a month when Law enforcement officials revealed the devastating news that Aniahs’ remains were found. the case was then classified as a homicide. During the month she was missing law enforcement, family and friends searched, prayed, and looked for clues.

CRIME, CRIMINALS, AND COVID-19 - Salinas Police Department officials said ten minutes after an inmate was released on zero-bail because of COVID 19, he allegedly forced a female driver out of her car in a parking lot. He demanded her keys, and she wouldn’t give them, so he began choking the woman’s 11-year-old son. Eventually, the woman gave her keys, and she pulled her son out of the car, and the newly released criminal fled the scene.

Communities deserve to know who is being released and what crimes they committed. Public safety should come first.
