In this, the last episode of the current series, Matt Beadle and Marc Pavey talk all things Covid, queuing, communism, and concerts. It's been fun. Wash your hands, stay home and take care!
Dealing with Distance is a new podcast which will give real people; normal people, the opportunity to tell their stories about how they and their loved ones are dealing with Covid-19. This pod is not a place for expert advice on the virus, nor is it a presentation of hacks or advice on how to live through these complex times.  It is just a chance to hear how people are dealing with the distance imposed upon us by the Corona virus. We will hear in interviews and bonus aftershows from professionals, freelancers, parents, students, teachers, teenagers, carers.....about how this period has affected them. In this 10th interview - and, in this series, final - episode, Matt interviewed Roxana from Romania. Roxana kindly told us about the Romanians' creative approach to the pandemic including taking fish for 'walks' in their fish tanks and fibbing about travel details to avoid quarantine. It seems that dealing with communism might have helped them to deal with distance. Mulțumiri Roxana. Was your hands guys, and stay safe! Produced by Matt Beadle & Marc Pavey.
