It's day 3 of my 30 mins - 1 hr dancing sessions plus I'm learning French, reading books and sleeping. Decided to start a podcast on visa. Let's see how it goes.
Realising that I'm over thinking alot of things and that's why the fun and motivation hasn't been there for me. Also started dancing along side my routines in order for me to loose more weight.

Started to keep track of every thing I'm eating and my current daily struggles with figuring out what other talents I have aside travel. Need to loose 25 pounds!

Decided to challenge myself into doing a 24 day challenge to build consistency and loose weight. Currently weigh 79kg target weight 65kg. Currently have a lot of ideas and a habit of starting and stopping things before they are done. The goal is to execute more and drop some weight at the same time
