Most media outlets are full of doom and gloom and its like we have forgotten what a good new story sounds like so Pam is on a mission to bring good positive discussions to listeners ears.
The purpose of the podcast is to provide a platform to showcase all the good in the world and inspire listeners to go out there and do something that makes their heart happy :-)

In 2009 at the age of 13 Lauren's life changed as she knew it. She suffered a horrific accident which left her unable to walk and wheel chair bound.Using her strength and determination Lauren is now one of Team GB Wheelchair Tennis Champions an dis now gearing up to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.As well as being a Tennis Champion Lauren wants to us her story to inspire other with disabilities to get involved with sport.Lauren talks openly about her own experience and how she got to where she is now and how sport changed her life.Such an inspiring story,and amazing individual and one that will defiantly encourage more people with disabilities to get involved with sport.

Such a pleasure to speak to Alice Dearing. She is only the 2nd black female swimmer to swim competitively in the Olympics and the FIRST black female swimmer to swim for Team GB and is destined for the Toyko Olympics.We discuss BAME swimmers, racism and Alice's mission to get more black people to swim and break down the stereotype of black people don't swim.Alice is the ambassador for the Black Swimming association. A great cause set up to make swimming more accessible to black a other ethnic minority people.Such an inspiring young woman using her platform to encourage people to swim.So greatful to have had the chance to speak to her!
