CEN 10: Recommendation #7
This is Episode 9 of our CEN series. We are addressing recommendations #6 from our 12 recommendations to help us recover from our people pleasing tendencies, if we had experienced childhood emotional neglect growing up. Recommendation #6 is: Establishing boundaries to cultivate our self respect.
To practice self expression is our recommendation #5, to recover from CEN by overcoming people-pleasing tendencies.
