Here is our Friday Roundup of our episodes this week.  Be blessed and encouraged.  God is with us and for us.  By the way, I read the back of the book and we win.
The phrase, 'We live in uncertain times.'  has defined the past year for the world.  It would not be surprising that in years to come people will know of 2020/21 as simply, 'Those uncertain times.'  But we do have a God with whom there is nothing uncertain.  We have a God who is in control and we can trust Him. Be encouraged today.

A new study shows that anger is on the increase.  That should be no surprise, however, what are we going to do about it?   Today we look at an angry boy, some nails, and a wooden fence to  help us understand what is really important.

Psalm 23:5, tells us that the Lord prepares a table for us in the presence of our enemies.  In that place, we may be surrounded by people or circumstances that are against us, but we are also surrounded by our God who gives us peace and comfort so we can be at peace.

Time Happens

The passage of time is one of those things that happens no matter what.  We often believe that if we had a little more time we could be more successful and get more done. But time is the same for us all. Each one of us has only 24 hours a day to do whatever we are going to do that day.  So what makes some people seem to get so much done when we feel we are always behind and failing to complete our daily tasks?  That is what we look at today with 'Time Happens.'
This week we have been celebrating the first 200 episodes of Starting Right.  Today's episode was originally presented on October 28th and is a favorite because it not only is an amazing story, it reminds us of the miraculous power of the hand of God.Join us again on Monday as we begin a new season of Starting Right with brand new episodes to encourage you and help you start your day, by Starting Right.
We continue our celebration week at Starting Right with the episode that garnered the most downloads in 2020.  'If I Were the Devil,' features the famous article by Paul Harvey written in 1964. You will be surprised and maybe a little dismayed at how relevant this is for us today.
This week we are celebrating over 200 episodes of Starting Right by bringing to you 5 of our most popular episodes.   Today we travel to Bedford England with Ravi Zacharias as he visits the John Bunyon Museum with some surprising results.  Originally produced for July 21, 2020, this is one of our most popular episodes.
Our Celebration Week continues here on Starting Right.  Today we feature one of my favorite episodes originally posted on August 10th entitled 'Shine On.'
We are very excited here at DannyMac Ministries.  Last Friday, on New Years Day, we broadcast our 200th episode of Starting Right.  This week we celebrate by looking back at some of our most popular episodes.  Today's episode is from October 29th and tells of the adventures of two young treasure hunters discovering riches on the beach.

It's New Year's Eve, and many of us are glad to see 2020 come to an end.  We are looking forward to 2021 hoping and expecting it to be better for us.  We can help ourselves get a good start to the new year when we look at what we want to carry forward in our lives and what we want to leave behind.

How Great Does It Get?

It took a long and winding pathway to get into our modern Christian culture, but the hymn, How Great Thou Art, has made a lasting impression and inspiration for us today.

The Magi were wise men from the east who came seeking Jesus.  Why they came caused me to look again at how I approach Jesus and ready myself for the new year.

Merry Christmas everyone.  Enjoy this day that we celebrate the birth of Jesus, God among us.
We have had many distractions this year, and on this Christmas Eve, we will look back at the amazing, uncluttered first Christmas which was filled with a very different kind of noise than the ones we have been dealing with this year.
This year Christmas will be very different in many ways.  But some ways are harder than others that we all have to face at some point.
Mary Did You Know?

Mary Did You Know?

2020-12-2205:43

Mark Lowry wrote this Christmas classic of the modern era.  It poses questions to Mary about how much she knew about her new baby boy.  She didn't know all the details, but the key to her tremendous faith was in what she did know.
Joseph doesn't often get the credit that he deserves.  He has  a powerful story of faith and integrity that marks him as one of the great men of the Bible
