Are you a post-secondary student in a human movement related program. Or maybe a high school student considering pursuing a post-secondary education in human movement? If yes, KINCast is a great way to get an idea of what careers Kinesiology has to offer.
The host of KINCast is Michael Herbert. He is a Lab Instructor and Lecturer in the School of Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada and an independant contractor specializing in office ergonomics and occupational/health assessments. During the episodes, he sits down with a variety of individuals who are involved in the field of Kinesiology and discusses their background and career path.
These episodes are primarily targeting Western University Kinesiology Students, however, no matter where you're coming from, you may find some episodes entertaining, if not informative!

Dr. Molly Driedeger is a professor in the School of Kinesiology at Western University. Dr. Driedeger teaches the KIN FAST, SPHERE and LIFE movement modules.
Dr. Eva Pila is a professor in the School of Kinesiology at Western University. Her areas of research include; Body image and mental health, emotions and motivation related to physical activity, mindfulness and compassion-focused interventions
and weight-related conditions that impact women’s health (e.g., obesity, eating disorders, breast cancer)
Dr. Anita Christie is a professor in the School of Kinesiology at Western University. She went from Brock University, to Amherst Massachusettes, to Portland Oregon before settling in at Western.
