This episodes explains a very important part of mental health. The two biggest parts of mental health in my personal opinion are learning how to heal effectively from the trauma that’s happened in your life and finding healthy coping strategies. Through my own personal testimony and experiences, I explain the process that I’m going through to effectively heal and grieve at the same time.
We always expect people that are close to us will be there for us in our times of need, which isn’t always the case. We have to remember that people not being able to do the bare minimum isn’t a reflection of us, but more of a reflection of them.
Often, we go through life just existing and dealing with whatever comes in our path. We don’t take the time to learn ourselves, forgive ourselves, and to make sure we’re okay enough. It’s important to take the time out to discover who we are and who we want to .
Learning that it’s important to grieve instead of running from your problems is necessary in life. You can’t run from your problems forever and you can’t repress them forever. The only way to get closer to peace is taking the time to understand yourself, learning how to process your trauma, and finding healthy ways to express your pain.
To fully live means to go for those aspirations and dreams. Don’t stop when things get hard. Work harder, live life on the edge, love yourself more, and keep in sight of what you want.
Learning how to enjoy the process and realize that success doesn’t happen overnight is so important. There’s so many different seasons and circumstances that are a part of our journey. Knowing how to love yourself and be self aware during your journey is very vital.
This podcast sheds a little bit of light on how important it is to trust the process and love yourself where you’re at right now, as well as who you’re going to be in the future.
There are so many moments in our lives where we want to give up. It may seem like the world is against you, it may seem like everyone that was supposed to be there for you vanished. But, that’s not true. You are loved, you are successful, and you still have so far to go.
Many of us go through emotional and psychological trauma throughout our lives. The question is, how do we deal with that trauma? In this episode, I discuss the symptoms of emotional and psychological trauma and solutions to dealing with that trauma.
