In Episode 7 we’ll talk about what it takes to get out the door and the ways to go once you’re out. The one thing we have in common is coffee and a bathroom stop; otherwise we’re on pretty opposite ends of the spectrums. That bathroom stop is key; Adam’s got some good stories about what happens when things go awry with it. In our 3rd episode we introduce what will be a recurring spotlight on some of the gear we're trying and some things that are new on the market. We also take a dive into our last marathon training cycles: what worked, what didn't and what we learned. With so many races being cancelled or postponed, how do you make the decision to run virtually or defer?
In Corona-times we know that we won't be racing for a while. But it's not just during these strange times that we have to find motivation without a race on the schedule. In our second episode, we share how we're adjusting to running with no races on the horizon. We also talk about a surprise first for Emily and what our plans are for the next few weeks.
