In this Bakerbros podcast episode we talk why its important to be real vs fake. By real we mean being your real self. A lot of times we all feel the need to put on this fake persona and then we can never take it off. There is a time when you need to stop caring about what everyone thinks and care about what you think. There are times when you will need to care about how others see you. Like a job interview, you really need to be presentable for that. Then there is looking ahead who do you want to be in the next 5, 10, or 15 years? In this episode we talk about all of this, so tune in and lets find out some answers.

This episode really hit home with us. In this episode of bakerbros podcast we talk about the violence in our homes, and lives. From getting hit with belts, hubcaps, phone cords, you name it we got hit with it. For Matt this was a very special episode. He talked about being locked in the room, forced to stay outside, and fed outside. Dealing with violence made us lash out at others, and become you can say a bully. By seeing violence not from games, or movies, but from real life caused us to act out. When you you don't care if you live or die, it really affects you. Now that we are older we broke that cycle with our own kids. We get into this pretty heavily, and don't hold back.

This bakerbros podcast episode, we talk about growing up without a father. To us it seemed normal, none of us had a dad in the home. We relied on each other, and watching TV to learn things. Would life have been easier with a father around, maybe, but it didn't hold us back. It might have affected Mike, and sent him on a different path. He talks about it a bit in this episode. It could have led to his criminal life. Then we discus how to not let having a dad around bother you. Dont let the anger you might have weigh you down.

In this BakerBros podcast episode we talk about living off the system. You don;t want that mindset, of the government will take care of me. You want to have the mindset of always getting better. You only get out what you out into life. If you are happy doing nothing, then that's what you will become. Life takes hard work, and determination. If you are willing to sacrifice somethings, you will set yourself up for a better future. This episode will talk about how to do just that. We came from a family that lives off the government, but we chose to break that cycle with our families. Now we all know sometimes life will hit hard and you may need the help. Nothing is wrong with that, just until you get back on your feet.

This is the 1st episode in the new revamped BakerBros podcast. We wanted to bring a positive, and motivational show from this point forward. We talk about living by a code. We think everyone needs a code in life to guide them daily. A code is something that holds you to a standard way of living. Like the golden rule, do unto others as you want done unto you. You will hear what code we all live by, and what code we think is a good choice for other to start out with.
We hope you enjoy the new BakerBros podcast.
