In this episode, I talk about having gratitude throughout struggles & also having gratitude for your food.  I reference a Buddhist Thanksgiving prayer and allow time for private gratitude. 

In this episode, I go over my routine during COVID-19 quarantine & how I stay calm.  I then share a devotional from Jesus Calling that gave me the encouragement I needed go throughout the day & continue on this search for faith. 

On this episode, I try to give some positive examples of women referenced in scripture as well as introduce Shaktism, a sect of the Hindu Religion.  My inspiration came from listening to the Goop podcast and their interview with Glennon Doyle, a female writer who is disecting and doing away with the limiting truths we've been taught since birth about being a "good" girl.  Book: "Untamed" by Glennon Doyle
